Do I receive an exclusive territory? |
|
Yes. Ours is a community oriented business. Therefore, if your local community has a population of less that 100,000, that community is exclusively yours. In larger communities, we will place more stores, but each will be exclusive within a three mile radius.

Am I allowed to own more than one store? |
|
Yes. Your first store(s) must be considered successful before the company will approve another. Our successful franchise owners are encouraged to open multiple locations as they already have proven their ability to succeed.

Who chooses my store location and signs the lease? |
|
Basically, you choose, subject to corporate approval. The space, leasehold improvements and signing of the lease are your responsibility.

There are always risks involved in starting a new business, so we cannot specifically predict your earnings. Success, or lack of success is based primarily on your commitment, dedication, personal efforts and market viability.
